Nope. Nothing special required. I like to get a note from those interested so I can estimate the number of incoming assignments. But people are free to join at anytime.
As long as you have Wheelock, email, and a desire to learn, all you have to do is submit your assignment to latin -at- wazzucougars.org and you are on your way.

Typically the collation will come out the day after the assignment is due. They were due at midnight last night, and I’m working on the collation right now.
